Trusses are metal or beam frameworks, designed to support large structures like roofs and bridges. It may be made of wood, aluminium or steel. In essence, a truss is a linear structure, fabricated out of chords and webs. It is capable of bearing weight. Chords are the long rods forming the outer edges of the truss, while webs are the inner rods that often crisscross like grids or baskets, thereby providing strength. The more and the thicker these chords and webs, greater the load the truss can bear. Two, three or four chords may be used in fashioning single trusses, and these chords in turn come in 1 and 2-inch sizes.

In fact, the permutation and combination of possible configurations available are veritably unlimited, leaving the buyer with the choicest of the choices.
Some other types of trusses include:
•    Ladder truss – ladder trusses have crisscross webs with sound legs so as to be capable of being used, as the name suggests, as a ladder. They may come with adjustable length options
•    Box truss – box truss is a structure composed of three or more chords connected by transverse and/or diagonal structural elements
•    Club truss
•    Spigot catwalk truss
•    Gentry truss – Gentry truss are usually used for background, loading speaker audio and electronic equipment in concerts and exhibitions
The associated fittings and accessories like clamps, plates, tri-corners, spigots, clips, lifters and towers are also available in addition to the trusses.
Flight cases for packing equipments are there for sale, too and the selection consists of stylized racks and tool and trolley cases apart from case accessories.
